How this site makes money, and what that changes about what you read. Last updated 2026-10-06.
Advertising
This site is intended to be funded by display advertising. As of 2026-10-06 no ads are shown yet. When they are, ads are chosen by the ad network, not by us, and we do not let advertisers influence what we write or which tools we mention. Ad slots are kept visually separate from the article text.
Our own products
Several posts end with a link to a tool we built ourselves — for example Agent Tile. These are our own products, not paid placements. We say so in the post, and the link is always marked as ours.
Affiliate links
As of 2026-10-06 there are no affiliate links on this site. If we add any, each one will be labelled as an advertisement at the point where it appears, and this page will be updated. We will not place an affiliate link next to an ad in a way that makes the two hard to tell apart.
What we will not do
- Accept payment to review, recommend or mention a tool.
- Publish sponsored posts or guest posts with paid links.
- Ask readers to click ads, or click them ourselves.
Corrections
Every post here describes a problem we hit in our own work. If we got something wrong, email contact@tech-athletes.com and we will correct it and note the change.
